My 55QLED TV purchased in Nov 2019 started the dreaded and notorious power cycling last week. I went through the motions of contacting Samsung who were no help, other than confirming it was out of warranty (thanks for that, I can count to 12!) then referring me to a Samsung specialist over 90 miles away who couldn’t care less. I then contacted A.O. (Where I purchased it from) who were sympathetic but of no help ( but did give me a £30 voucher!).
So now I turn to you, the Samsung massive, can you offer any sage advice/ wisdom on this power cycle issue at all?
I’ve tried all the other help advice of turning off and I’ve also replaced power board with new one, but still no good.

We're sad to hear of the issues you're having with your TV. Does the TV do this all the time from being turned on, or does it happen at random times?

Unfortunately these models are the beginning of some awful tvs made by samsung. Most of the QE55Q60R version 2 using auo panels have these issues. The internet is washed with these complaints.
Only solution is a new screen but the issue will happen after 18months.
