QE65Q7FNAT with One connect box clicking noise TV black

Bought a QE65Q7FNAT 3 month ago. Last night TV went black and the one connect box started clicking. The clicking noise is coming from the USB port side. Also the remote is blinking red. Called Samsung support and they need the serialnumber which is behind the TV!!!. A technician is booked. Anyone else with this problem?

there are a lot of the exact same boxes available on eBay.  I wonder though, it seems like the cable can cause some of these problems, too.  I have a 2018 QN55Q900R with a black screen (ie not energized) and a soft clicking sound coming from the One Connect.
