Hi,
Old TV QE55Q7FAM work nice and fine. Lately (for 3 months) original remote stops working. After battery change and repeated paring it work for 1-2 hours and requires new pairing.
Remote usually lies 4 meters from TV.
Smartphone camera shows that IR signals are emitted. Remote powers ON/OFF TV.
I bought some replacement remote that worked for some time, but broke and I throw it away.
Then I bought original remote BN59-01300J and ... the problem show up again.
When remote is disconnected - click on any button triggers in TV Device Search icon. However, RETURN and Play/Pause buttons pressed for more then 5s, and even 10s, doesn't change anything. I need to turn off TV from power and remove batteries from remote, then wait around 30-45s, put everything back - and then pairing works.
For now we use Android or iPhone apps to control TV and they work stable. However they see TV by its IP - so I would guess that WiFi connection is used.
TV has firmware 1400.3 - nothing new shows up when I click for Software Update.
I don't know what else I could do. Maybe some power saving configuration is in effect. Or maybe few new BT device in neighbor makes problem with connection.
What should I do to fix this problem?

No, previous one - original BN59-1265A that I received with TV - also works in similar way. It can connect and work for some short time. Then after some time of lying on table I grab it and TV doesn't react.
I need to pair it again and then it works for some time.
Like I said - any click on both of those remotes and I see on TV that Device discovery/connection mode is started. So SOME signals/codes are received by TV.

I've got idea that MAYBE some new BT device in my home start discovering and bonding/pairing?
I'm using new laptopt with Windows 11 on board. It's long shot - but MAYBE it's in some BT discovering mode, or some other neighboor detection mode which steals BT module signal or connection in remote or overshadow it.
It's wild idea and I don't know how to test it.
For sure - Android nRF Connect app shows that remote is transmitting solid and strong signal.
Further diagnostic is requried.

I found root cause.
I attached to One Connect box USB BT dongle from Logitech K400 keyboard. Only this keyboard works for me nice and smooth when entering any text strings.
However - BT dongle MIGHT hijack BT signal from Remote. Maybe TV by itself treated this dongle as additional BT adapter and was confused which adapter is master.
In short - I removed all BT dongles from One Connect and for 3 hours remote works uninterrupted.
