Just out of the box, updated, 3 hours of use then black screen with sound now nothing!

Hi @dunk677    Have you checked that you have the same problem on all sources, check cables are secure.  Firstly trying holding the Power Button in on the Remote for around 5 seconds until Tv reboots , press Home Button and see if you can access Menu.  If no success unplug from the mains  for a minute and if does not work try a bit longer.Some other  troubleshooting here , One connect Box may need to be disconnected and HDMI  cables checked. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109749/        

However if no resolution best to contact Samsung Support for advice, an inspection  may be required. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Thanks James, yup tried all that thanks. There is sound but a black screen. Seriously putting g me off this product. It's meant to brand new.

Sounds faulty, it happens. Just get it swapped out .
