I recently purchased a new Samsung Q60 4K smart TV, and within a week, I noticed an intermittent black shade in the left corner of the screen. The issue is particularly noticeable at night. Despite raising a request with customer support and having a technician come to check the display color, the problem persists. I requested a replacement within ten days, but I have yet to receive a response. The customer support team keeps saying they will get back to me soon, but the days are passing by without any resolution.

Also I have taken a video of the screen and showing to the technician, they are not bother and replied as this will not taken as evidence.. only when they present at that time if they see if there is issue only they will consider as issue.
