Bought this tv in August 2021.  From within the first week, started seeing white blotches in the top corner.  This has continued to get progressively worse throughout the year.  Have called Samsung agents multiple times, they get less helpful each time I called (124 times to be precise).  Each time they cut the call, so they don't have to deal with me any longer as I'm asking for the situation to be corrected rather than accept their explanation that white patches are normal and within specifications.

So if i'm watching a movie in space, i should expect space to appear white in top hand corner - great customer service.  A tv i'm still paying for is shockingly bad.  Don't trust Samsung, they're untrustworthy.  Their guarantee means little to nothing and same for the warranty.

I will never buy a Samsung TV again, I'm not sure why i did, i always buy Sony, but this time i thought let me try them.  Big mistake, shop around and choose wisely.  Avoid Samsung

I have a Samsung and it is truly awesome sorry to hear yours isn't right. Ideally should have rejected it after 1st week by calling retailer and requesting replacement. It is still in warranty and your contract is with who you bought it from

Hi,

I really tried even within the first 7 days, they've just been giving me the run around ever since.  They all quote from the same manual, it's become a headache listening to them.

I don't understand how they could something like this, i read things like LG and other brands of TV have samsung components in them, so how could they be selling shoddy goods like this?

The problem is i bought from Samsung directly, thinking the process would go smoother, I should have maybe bought from a high street retailer.  Samsung have been truly awful.

You would think Samsung would have changed it immediately. I googled white patches and there seems to be a way of getting rid of them. I'm sure you have done the same guessing it's not that simplistic. Shame them on twitter, Instagram and their Facebook page, should get their attention !
