I've been having issues lately with Netflix on my Q60R which for days on end I was fixing by cycling the power. The issue seemed something internally with the app since internet connection was not faulty.
Today I've decided to reset it (did the initial config) and then all hell broke loose. At first my TV was unable to identify devices. Later on I noticed that
- Netflix is not working anymore
- I'm unable to unlink my device from my Samsung acccount (error 189)
- I'm unable to install new applications (error 18)
- I'm unable to change anything in settings.
- I'm unable to rename Unknown HDMI connections
- Smart Hub resets solves nothing
- A factory reset won't take me back to initial configuration
From a hardware point of view everything seems to be working fine. I have no issues with picture or sound
Any help before I throw it in the dumpster?
