Hi,
my GQ75Q95T makes Problems with the Amazon Music App since the the Samsung has performed the update to 2014. Before the update, all went fine. I have an Amazon Music HD Unlimited Family Account.
Since the update it takes a very long time for the music to start playing after pressing play (approximately 30-40 sec). Some Albums i‘ve bought at Amazon starts quickly. Some tracks do not start at all.
I already made a new installation of the app and at the end a factory reset. Nothing works.
Has someone an idea?
