The Q90R has the following issues with these 2 new devices;
Now I know these are almost certainly issues with the devices themselves (the PS5 one certainly is) but getting Sony and Nvidia to take these seriously has been near impossible. I know you must have internal staff who deal directly with these manufacturers so please, please liaise with them to resolve these issues. They are a huge problem.
I understand there is some work being done between Samsung and Sony to resolve the PS5 120Hz issues but this seemingly only mentions the Q90T. Please do not leave the Q90R out of these discussions!! and ensure it receives a fix too. In regards to Nvidia, they seem to be doing nothing to resolve the issues and seem to think it is a Samsung problem
Here is some more detail on the 30 series issue
Thanks

Yes I still have issues with my rtx3070 on Q90r. Latest windows and nvidia drivers. Clean windows installation too and still get the startup black screen and asp frequent nvlddkm warnings where the screen pauses and goes black. Have turned off PCIE link state and have a brand new PSU. This issue is most certainly with Nvidia. Nvidia new 30 series simply does not work correctly with certain TV’s

Just released firmware v1380.7 resolves the issues with the 30-series cards.

How do you know this? I can’t see any details about what has changed etc. Also when I try to update the firmware on the tv it says no update available. Perhaps I need to wait.

Update was only available on the site to install manually. For some reason though they've pulled it.
