this bar has been haunting me I messed around in my settings and backed out of the menu and it keeps popping up for a few seconds covering what ever is under it, I’ve talked to customer support and they kept telling me to factory reset my tv with the remote but the remote doesn’t work, this hasn’t happened in the 2 years I’ve had this tv and the bar goes away when I open the menu or press any of the buttons on the tv, if someone could help troubleshoot I would greatly appreciate it.
