PiP is grey out

 I have a Samsung TV and the model is QE55Q6FN  and on the back of the TV I have to hdmi  connection 

One is from cable box and the other one is from iPad.

So when I go to settings and trying to activate PIP cannot,it’s still great out.

 I tried so many thing to change and nothing is working.

Please help
