Recently I purchased a UN43TU7000FXZA but straight out of the box I am experiencing
- Strange glitching of the images and menu options when moving through smart hub and settings menu. By this I mean if I go from say, Netflix to Prime in the smarthub lineup, the selection will bounce between the two very quickly a few times before highlighting Prime.
- When entering settings, tv picture gets lines or other artifacts while in menu and the above still takes place when moving around menus within.
- Sometimes selections will not be highlighted or there is severe lag between moving from item to item
Firmware updated to 1410.1 but no resolution, Is there anyone else experiencing this or do I have a defective TV?
