Hi all,

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have recently bought a Samsung TV (model Q60D, 2024), I am in the Isle of Man (both tv and my samsung account are registered to the UK), but I do not have gaming hub or Samsung tv plus. I have updated to the latest software version and performed a cold boot, but that did not change anything.

Not all Samsung TVs have the Samsung Gaming Hub. The Gaming Hub is primarily available on Samsung Smart TVs and Smart Monitors from 2022 and newer. While some older Samsung TVs can access individual cloud gaming apps, they don't have the full Gaming Hub experience. But that is strange, you should try contacting customer care

Also please check if you have the latest firmware on your TV

Yes, I do have a Samsung TV Plus button, but that doesn't work either (keeps saying unavailable). I'm on version 1301
