Have two smart TVs less than 18 months old . Last few months no access to the apps such as Netflix bbc iplayer etc .
checked network status and it says connected to wifi but not connected to internet.
al other gadgets etc working fully on wifi broadband ok etc
have done many things - reset the tv, uninstalled apps, tried different ip and dns . No luck
can anyone help
