Hi,
I bought a Samsung TV T32e390sx LT32E390SX/XU Brand new 2 months ago, and today it has started flashing between different colours full screen: black, grey, red, green, blue, dark grey.
I have been on Samsung live chat which suggest selecting various options from the menu, but I cannot bring up a menu, or see it at least.
From searching the internet it may be a colour test? Various suggestions of pressing buttons in combinations hasn’t worked. I have of course unplugged and re-plugged.
It may have happened when I took out the batteries from the remote, although this may be coincidental.
Any suggestions or solutions would be gratefully received!
