I Have just recieved a new 2020 50" Q65T QLED 4K HDR Smart TV and I am very disappointed in the picture quality, I have tried every picture configuration but it still is not  a crisp clear picture, it sometimes looks milky I thought there maybe a plastic film protecter over the screen but cant seem to find it but that is exactly how it looks . Do all these new tv's have a protective film pre installed ? if so how do i find it ? I purchased this to replace a 2011 samsung smart 3D TV I can honestly say  I cannot fault the picture quality on the 2011 Tv it is miles better than this new one. Would appreciate any feed back please.

I have just set up my new 43" qled TV and the picture on mine is milky.  Have tried different settings bit cant change it.   I am hoping it needs time to settle down with use.  I also thought it had a screen protector but could not see one,.  Even phoned Samsung support who said that there is no screen protector to take off.  If there is no improvement its going back.
