New connect box with 2.1 hdmi upgrade

I have been promised by Samsung team member that I will get upgrade one connect box with 2.1 hdmi for my Q90R as soon the lockdown finished, I am still waiting here?????

If you have a 2018 Q900RA and have NOT got the box swap, then you have not at all gotten what you are entitled to get. I wouldn't give up on this if I were you. Just refer to all the others that have gotten the swap, no questions asked.

Hi. I just got an Xbox series x recently. Along with that I got a 4k Samsung 7 series tu7000d 43 inch smart tv. The only downfall is it doesn't support the 120 hz that my series x would want. It only supports  4k with 60hz. Should I get a high definition hdmi cable or what?

Sorry. A better cable won't make your TV faster. I wouldn't worry too much though. Its not that huge of a difference. 👍🏼

Not a clue, it was a promise Samsung made to its customers on the purchase if the q900R which they haven't fulfilled and i dont think they will

I have 1 OCB 2020 model, 2 2021 models with OCB and the Q950R. None work with each other. Just want to clarify this once and for all. OCB:s are locked to the models they are created for. Unfortunately.

I have a Q900R 75. I haven’t received any offer of an upgrade for my one connect box. 

I would certainly like one.

I am also in the same situation, I bought the Samsung Q90R for use with PlayStation 5 and was told the hdmi 4th socket would be 2.1 but was also told it was something to do with licensing why it wasn’t officially 2.1. I would like to know how to upgrade my one connect box please
