Hi @Sungsamlover You do not mention your model you can update via USB by checking on Samsung support site https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/ and often available there before OTA on your Smart TV. However I have discovered that 800 errors tend to deal with internet issues and if problems with connection you may need reboot your router (by unplugging and starting up again). If that does not sort it out you could try Smart Hub Reset and and/or Factory Reset. Another idea is to change the DNS settings. Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 220.127.116.11 or 18.104.22.168.
