My Samsung tv won’t update

So my Samsung tv is connected to the internet and the internet is working just fine however the system update part of the menu is light gray and it won't let me press it. The problem with this is that I'm getting an error ( ERROR_EXE_001 ) which can only be solved with an update. What do I do ?

This is still issue in 2024. My S90c 77 shipped with 1310, but samsung support page says 1319 is available as of Jan 11, 2024. My TV is already connect to wifi, when I try "Update Now" within TV, it says you've latest version, but that is not true. When Samsung going to fix this? This is $3699 TV we are talking about. You don't expect me download to flash drive then install manually?

Same here I have a qn90b and it’s doing the same. I’m on 1602 but the support page says 1603. I even tried using a usb and it say I have the latest version. Im annoyed
