I got a Samsung UE55MU7000 55 inch TV from John Lewis in 2018, and now it’s malfunctioning.
When I turned it on today to watch Netflix, there was a blurred belt on the left side of the screen. I unplugged the tv and plugged it back, the blurred belt disappeared. 40 minutes later, the tv started turning off and on constantly. There is no image it voice, just black screen on and off every second. I unplugged everything including the HDMI interface, and waited for 20 minutes. Now it’s plugged in but still going and on and off.
Some people suggested an update but it’s impossible as the TV turns itself off every second or two and the remote control is not showing effect on the machine.
I don’t know what to do next. Any suggestions anyone?
