Mini Wall mounts

I have a QLED TV QN65Q80T and wish to mount it on the same wall where my previous TV a Samsung model 

UN55ES7100. Is there a problem if I use the mini wall mounts (WMN350M) I used for my UN55ES7100. Samsung says to use a newer model wall mini mount WMN750M but they look identical? so why can't they be interchangeable.

I bought the WMN750M for my Q80T (55"), supposedly compatible according to Samsung but i can't get it to fit.  The clips that you screw to the back of the TV are too big to fit into the bolt hole.  So far it's wasted money.  Personally I don;t think the WMN750M is compatible with the 2020 TV

I was able to use my WMN750M for my QN65Q80T but had to find the correct length M8 screws.

Samsung help and support was of no use and unable to answer simple questions about specifics of their wall mounts.
