Hello, I'm having a major problem using my new 83S95F (I never had the slightest problem with my old QE65Q9F).
My recordings are disappearing from the Programs and Recordings Manager!
For example, as shown in this screenshot:
The hard drive is recognized, no problem there (see bottom right of the screenshot), but it no longer shows any recordings! It's driving me crazy!
The only solution I've found is to perform a hard reboot using the power button, wait a good 2 to 3 minutes. If I do it too quickly, the hard drive isn't recognized yet:

I've also tested with another hard drive and a USB flash drive, with the same result.
I have to do this at least three times a week... it only "lasts" about two days on average, then the recordings disappear again from the manager (but are of course still there on the hard drive), it just "sees" them anymore...
This has been happening since I got my TV (early October 2025).
It's very annoying, and I'm afraid there aren't any real solutions.
Any ideas or feedback?
