I’ve just bought the Samsung 55S95D and when using my PS5 the Screen goes black intermittently. Doesn’t have to be in a game, even at the main screen it does it. Playing God of War screen goes black for about 3 seconds then image re-appears… it does this very intermittently, but often. Very frustrating as my Sony TV never did this. I bought the 55S95D purely for the gaming image quality etc…. This is really putting a downer on things for me.

Hi @Markylad i get this with the Sky input, quite a few forum and non forum posts, blaming Sky, but you mention the PS5.
Anyway, I concluded that the TV input switched to different audio or screen resolutions.
I gave up and am just used to it now, random black screen, switching

Thanks for the info. I really think Samsung need to resolve this, whether it’s watch Sky or Playing a PS5, it’s not acceptable for this to be happening when people have paid so much for the TV. It might not be too bad when watching TV, but when plying a game it practically makes it redundant. This is obviously a known issue as it’s not just on ghis forum where people are reporting it.

Hi All,
I do have the same issue. It is very frustrating and doesn't matter if I play a PS5 game, watch a Blu-ray or just randomly click through the PS5 menues.
I also tried Samsung Support problem solving ideas to put the PS5 on 60Hz, or plug out TV and PS5 the same time etc.
For a TV that expensive an absolute No-Go. Going through the forums lot's of people seem to have the same issue. Can Samsung please find a solution, or did somebody else already found one?
Thx and Br

This is now happening with my Xbox Series X….. what on earth is going on!! Nearly two grand for a new TV and this is happening. Not at all impressed, and considering there are absolutely dozens upon dozens of similar reports online, Samsung needs to sort this out.
