Which phone are you using. There are plenty of usb to hdmi adapters about its just if your phone is a new usb c or older usb b

Depends as Ginga.p says what phone, most all allow a form of wireless casting.
Samsung used to sell the Dex HDMI to USB cable, but its all USB C to USB C Dex.

I have an only MHL HDMi to micro USB adapter, again old tech now.
