I returned home after a week away to discover the power cable had been disconnected from the tv. When I reconnected it and turned it on, I was greeted with a screen that should the tv and the dock with a hdmi cable between them with two blue arrows. When I disconnect the hdmi, the screen goes black until it’s plugged back in. The remotes are also not working despite the red dot below the tv blinking indicating that it is receiving a signal.
