Hi,
I have a Samsung 46" (UE46F8005), software version T-FXPDEUC-1135.0.
The TV have worked perfect for 4-5 years and sudenly a day the sound have disapear from the HDMI cable (TV decoder).
The sound is working on the internal app in the TV, netflix etc...
I have two TV decoders in my house (one in the basement also), so I tried to swap the TV decoders, with the same results,
and both TV decoders is workign in the base ment...
I suspect samsung have pushed a new software update who has failed... ?? I have tried to reset TV to factory settings without any luck...
What can I do ? try ?
Is it posible to downgrade the softare to previous version example?

Has the TV and decoder volumen up in both?
Can you try with a headset in the headset output if you have sound?

Sound level is high on both decoder and TV.
I will try to connect some heads phone to the TV and see what happens.

I have now tried headohones, without any success... no sound....
how can I degread the sw version?
