As of this morning, our TV (QN55Q6DAAFXZA) no longer controls our Roku or Apple TV boxes via HDMI-CEC/Anynet+.

Unplugging one and plugging it back in goes through the auto-detect process, but fails and reverts to manual setup. Going through the manual setup gets control of the other devices, but only via IR - if I close the AV cabinet, the Samsung remote no longer control them.

I've tried everything short of a factory reset, because I can't afford two hours of setting everything back up with an autistic kiddo in the house who's trying to watch the TV I'm trying to fix.

Recommendations? I mean, other than calling or trying to chat with Samsung's "support" personnel, who'll just have me go through the same useless motions again?

Having the same issue, and when I manage to get a device working it basicly stop working as soon as I switch the input to a different hdmi and back.

It worked like charm befor and I think the issues started with the latest TV Software Update.
