@Mli23: Sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue. Is the problem present on all channels and sources? As a basic troubleshooting step can you try powering off the TV and unplugging it at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power back on via your remote. If the issue persists, head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. Do you get any 'Failed' messages in the summary at the end? If so, please reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, where an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange a repair. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
