Hey . I have a problem with my QN85C. A grid is visible on the screen.
I reported the repair to Samsung and the report was accepted. I contacted the service center assigned to my request and they said that they had the same model, only smaller(mine is 85”)with same issue
, and that maybe it was just the mini LED technology. I read a bit on reddit and I know that this is an error that shouldn't be there.
Has anyone had any experience with Samsung service?
What are the chances of replacing the matrices or the entire device with new ones?
I will add that the TV was turned on for the first time on Saturday.

This is for NEOQLED 65QN85B, this grid pattern appears in all outdoor scenes with light colors, whites and blues, this is a serious Issue which should not happen in such premium TVs like NEO series, I contacted samsung support they send 2 technicians 3 times but still are not accpeting this as a problem wasted almost 1 month of my time talking with poor customer support and they are not even providing me a replacement or solution for a big brand like Samsung this is totally unacceptable

Yes your are right its a big problem but the support team is not accepting it at all there should be a solution provided to all customers who are facing this especially in a new tv within warranty period this should not happen

I called Samsung service. I received a reply from Samsung that this is normal in this technology (mini LED). It's probably the same in full array, but the dots are bigger

Its unacceptable especially for such a premium tv and brand after more research in internet people are saying its DSE effect affecting 40-50% of panels the led panel supplies are of low quality or less quality checks are being done for other brands same technology of full array led the problem is not present , the whole experience of watching tv is lost when scenes with white or blue background comes like outdoor scenes, the entire picture is distorted by these grid lines
