Ghosting on Samsung QE49Q80T TV

I am experiencing a ghosting effect on the TV (3 weeks old) noticeable on sports programmes as the camera moves across the screen. It is a dark haze in the background. Did not have this problem on my previous Samsung TV. I have a Samsung Soundbar HW-Q800T connected immediately under the TV.

So far I have tried:

Adjusting all picture controls

Reconnecting to different HDMI socket

Disconnnecting Soundbar and moving it away from the TV

Turning off Router and Cable TV.

Plugging the TV in a different socket

None of these have cured the problem and it is constant on both cable and terrestrial programmes.

What happened with the issue having a similar problem on a 2 month old set?

Has not gone away, are having to live with it.

Sorry about that I'm not having it. Mines under warranty with Samsung and additional cover as part of the deal with Currys someone is going to sort it out.

Mine also have it. I've spoken few times with Samsung and they tell it is within expected values and rejected claim. Good luck in your case.
