I have a Samsung Frame 2020 and it won’t connect to the BT box. BT have tried to connect every type of box they have and the TV still won’t recognise the HDMI input. Has anyone else successfully connected their TV box?
If I was to get rid of the TV box, how can we watch HD TV? We are currently using the internet to watch TV but the Picture quality isn’t great.

I am having similar problem. When I first connected BT box it was recognised and worked perfectly with the universal remote. I had to relocate the One Connect box and now it won’t recognise the BT box. I’ve reset everything, plugged and replugged but no joy. Anyone help?!

Did any one get an answer as I have the same problem. BT was there at initial installation then disappeared. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I was having the same issue and found this thread. I’ve now resolved the issue by connecting it to hdmi2 then changing it back to hdmi1 and going through the auto-detection process.
