Film not playings in Apps

Hello,

I Have a smart tv UE 55es6100 and its been a dee days my Netflix/prime/streaming apps dont play vídeos. I can get into the apps but it gives me the following message: error please try again later” I tried to reinstall the apps, update the software but nothing seems to work. Please could you help me finding a solution.

Hi @Mario panzeri  The latest update for the Tv is  2010.0 from 2020.  If you do not have this can download to USB and update that way.  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE55ES6100WXXN/   Ensure apps have latest version but may be set to Auto Update.

However if that is not the issue or does not solve it firstly try a soft Reset by holding down the Power Button  on the Remote for around 5 seconds until the Tv reboots.  

if still problem reboot both Tv and Router , reconnect after 30 seconds and see if Apps work.  If necessary could Factory Reset.

  Another possible solution is to change the DNS settings. Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) or 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (Open DNS)<br><br>Some information here https://thevpn.guru/configure-samsung-smart-tv-dns/
