Hi all, we have a Samsung TV, Model no: UE55K5500AK.
It was recently removed from the wall mounting and placed back on its stand in order to redecorate the room.
This whole process was done taking the utmost care.
However, there is now a black mark toward the bottom of the screen and just to the left of centre.
White, black and coloured lines travel vertically and horizontally over the entire height and width of the screen from this mark.
There is no visible sign of a crack or damage to the screen and as previously stated great care was taken when moving the TV.
Any ideas if this can be fixed please?
