What does error code 107 meanon my Samsung UE55RU700K. I watch a film on Amazon and when it finishes i can`t get wi-fi because of error code 107

Just discovered it's not the TV as it now connects to the hotspot on my phone. So it has to be a problem with the router but I have no idea what 2.4GHz and 5GHz are both enabled, which I'm told is usually the problem.
