Is it possible to fix the double image when objects are moving fast, it happens even when not in game mode. It's not noticeable unless I'm actualy wanting to notice it, tried a few things but the blur is still there
Hey, have you tried changing the motion blur settings on your TV? It might be worth adjusting or even turning it off completely to see if that helps with your issue.
I honestly don't know how to do that with the cu8000, the only one I see is this, and it's disabled when in game mode. If game mode isn't on I'll have horrible input delay
It seems like it might be in the expert settings if you have that option. I'm not too familiar with your specific model, unfortunately. Are you using the HDMI(ARC) port by any chance? If not, may I suggest switching to this port, especially when running 4K? I believe it's better for performance across the board.
Yes my ps5 is connected to that port, my xbox is connected to the hdmi port. The setting that leads to picture clarity is blocked when in game mode though. Both consoles are also getting the blurr
Do you experience blur when not using the consoles on normal TV, for example? It may be disabled fully when in game mode to prevent clashes with the console's own blur system. Most games and consoles have their own settings you can adjust. Just an idea, but maybe we are thinking the TV is at fault when the setting lies somewhere in the console. However, if it's an issue across both, it seems unlikely.
Yes, I disabled game mode and I did still see the blur. But if you mean during "TV time" no I never really noticed the blurr, it's only during gaming I notice it
I'll do some more investigating and see if I can find anything for you to try, including playing around on my own TV and console to see what I can find. In the meantime, have you contacted Samsung directly about this issue? They may have a more in-depth understanding of how to help currently.
