Display Resolution and Frame Rate on RU7400

I've recently purchased an RU7400. Very happy so far.

One tiny question, is there a way of getting the resolution and frame rate displayed on the screen, if it's on something that's an app not an input?

I know on inputs if you select them via the source menu they display it in the top right corner for a few seconds after selecting, but it would be helpful to me to see this info based on what's actually on the screen, so on apps such as Netflix, Prime, BT Sport and when playing files from a USB and other such sources? Just wondering if there's a button I can press to display this info?
