Hi there, I've just received a new Sky Q box capable of producing HDR. The TV I'm using is last years flagship Samsung QE75Q90R.
I've been into setting to change the picture resolution from 8 bit to 10 bit and am getting Error UH021, which basically meansit can only deliver 8 bit.
I lnow my TV can deliver HDR if I go to Netflix via the TV app and not the Sky one, it offers me HDR content, if I use the Sky app for Netflix and go to the same program it does not.
I spent over an hour on the phone to Sky tech support yesterday to no avail, any help would be much appreciated.
I'm wondering if this is a One Connect problem?
