Difference between S90D vs S85F

Hello, I hesitate between an S90D and an S85F TV. I've heard that depending on the model number of the S90D, the panels don't come from the same supplier: DAE (LG) and DAT (Samsung).
Is this true? Should I choose an S90D with the DAT model number to be more certain of its quality?

@Did62: I don't have any information to share about the panel supplier for these models, unfortunately. Specs-wise, the S90D has a few minor enhancements compared to the S85F, such as

- OLED HDR+ (vs OLED HDR), 

- Motion Xcelerator 144Hz (vs Motion Xcelerator 120Hz), 

- 40W Audio output (RMS) (vs 20W)

- 2.1 CH speakers (vs 2.0)

The S85F does have Auto HDR remastering, and Bluetooth 5.3 (vs 5.2 on the S90D), but other than that the specs are largely similar. If you would like to view the full range of specs, then please click on the links below.
