Dark line on new Tv

Samsung - 85” Class QN85C Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV

Purchased this a couple weeks ago and today there’s a dark box/line on left middle side of the screen.  Does anyone know what the problem is? Do I need to return it for a refund or get a new one? Paid too much money for this tv to be doing this in two weeks.

Unplugged all cables and TV from the wall, waited a few minutes and then hooked everything back up and it is still has the dark spot

Looks like a burn mark to me, but if you're saying you've tried all the steps as mentioned above - then I would contact samsung asap to organise a repair or replacement.
