Hi does anyone have the correct email address for customer complaints is there such a thing .email or even phone number in the UK

Is there a official Samsung moderator on here that could give me the correct information?

I don't think there's a complaints line specifically. Just done through customer support
You can go into your profile and send a Direct Message to @Sam_UK
Possibly depending on what issue you have. They may have a helpful contact

How can one raise a complaint? I went to my Samsung profile and even member app. But there is no such option as complaint.

I have had terrible issues with latest Samsung update and I want help to fix it

How to reverse last Samsung update, my phone stopped playing music. It works 13 to 17 seconds and then it gets paused. I tried all available support online. Removed all battery limitations, battery saving modes. Even tried to play music with my phone plugged into mains. But nothing. All was fine till I updated my phone this morning.

If it's like that for ever, I want phone refund money so I can buy different brand and you can keep Samsung phone
