I have an old Sony VHS player which I want to use with my new Samsung Neo QLED QN95A TV. I have a SCART to HDMI converter. However, when I try and play a video through the TV I get a message saying that there is no signal. Any ideas?

Hi @Frances1 Yes you could try another port or another cable if available. However will not always work perfectly and only supports up to 1080p. See some information here https://www.bluecinetech.co.uk/how-to-connect-a-vcr-to-smart-tv/ There is also short video here
