Channel sorting

I have a UE24H4003AW tv that I bought in Spain. Have now returned to the uk , scanned channels but won’t sort the channels correctly . ie BBC1 button 1 etc, button 1 comes up as 4 music etc.

any help to change or can it not be done as tv bought in Spain?

Unfortunately, no as it's a hardware issue.

@Pete3: You could try heading to Settings > Broadcasting > Channel Settings > Enter > Country (Area) > Enter your PIN (default is 0000), and change this to the UK for both digital and analogue channels. You can also try Menu > Broadcasting > Channel List > Enter > Sorting, to manually reposition any channels that are out of order.
