Change country

Please help. I own a ue40h6240akxxu tv. Recently moved from uk to Italy. Only two countries available on my tv are uk and Ireland. When trying to sync tv channels only shows ch from 700 to 999. How can I change country to Italy (or any country that allows me to see Italian tv channels?). I have no issue with language and smart hub ( both sync in Italian/italy). Just cannot reach the majority of Italian tv channels.

already tried the - mute-vol+-ch+-mute and/or >>289<< with zero success.

UK models are not compatible with Italian broadcasters as they use PAL B/G whereas the UK uses PAL I.
