Dear Sir/madam,

I tried to register the cash back from promo pf Samsung TV QLED QE60Q80T since this mornin today without any success.

The last step when the registration button is pushed, then it just stay in "process" all the time.

I stopped it and again start the procedure from the beginning for 3 times nd all with some result.

Could you please assist how I could send all the evidence and get process for this promo cash back?
