cant purchase frame tv art mode

I cant purchase the samsung art mode. i was only displaying purchase option of add debit/credit card. In many websites it shows paypal etc. Even with card payment, its failing. i tried different kinds of cards from different countries, every time i try its failing. Art mode is the one of the reason to buy a frame tv. i hope someone can help me with this.

Having the same issue,  after reaching the payment page I just get like a loading screen but nothing else. its like samsung don’t want my money ?!???

Having the same problem, have tried numerous times with both PayPal and entering card details but cannot get past the loading screen.

So I think i’ve found the solution (well I did for my TV in the end)

you have to set up your payment card or log in and set up your paypal on your TV before trying to purchase.
