Cannot load BBC IPLAYER

Suddenly BBC I Player will not load. When I select it from the menu, the start up screen loads then a circle spins and after about 20 seconds the tv goes back to the broadcast channel it was on before. Other apps e.g ITV hub work fine
I have tried:
Full Power off
Delete and reinstall app
Update all apps
Restart Smart Hub
Factory reset

Just got new tv samsung model UE32T5300CE WILL IT PLAY BBC IPLAYER

Thanks for your comment.  I also tried again the following day, and iPlayer was working fine. However , as it is 2024 I don't think it was a Samsung problem, It believe it was an iPlayer problem with transmission, not with my TV software.

Why will bbc iplayer not work on Samsung s23? It loads, allows me to create an account, but when I try to play anything or download anything, it just states "somethings gone wrong, please try to re-start the player." I've done all the normal quick fixes, and nothing works.

Just bought and begun setting up a Q7F2. 

all other apps loading with usual measures. BBC iplayer app won’t load. This alone makes the machine redundant and likely to be returned with a refund to me. 

why can’t Samsung makes this most popular app load without inconvenience?
