@TVShadow: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Can you try unplugging the TV at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plugging it back in to see if the issue persists? If it does, can you check to see if the shadowing is present on all channels and sources. Please can you also head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test to see if the issue is still present in the test images, or if any 'Failed' messages appear in the summary at the end.
