Bug which causes issues resuming media on Plex

I have an issue on Plex where I can’t resume media especially 4K media. I’ve talked to the Plex developers and they’ve told me that it’s an issue with TizenOS and that Samsung need to fix the bug from their side. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue until Samsung fix the bug?

I had a very similar issues with high bitrate content. Plex users said it was an issue with RAM and CPU power. All advice is spend £30 on a firestick. Plus the firestick Plex is 10x better.

Yeah the problem is all my hdmi ports don’t work, so stuck with using native apps. Is there no fix at all?

Maybe a new TV? If you have ports that don't work and apps that also don't work fully its probably time for a new TV

So replace an 82 inch tv with another tv? Wow I really didn’t think of that before.

I didn't think so! But makes a lot of sense really. This forum can be great help for the little ideas you forget!

Clearly faulty or old if the HDMI ports don't work.
