I am really struggling to watch iplayer on Samsung TV and also on Firestick plugged into the same. Buffering is relentless! The TV is linked to the router by a cable. I have got latest firmware and have tried a reset and unplugging numerous times. Download speed is 60MBPS on average. Buffering from hotspot on phone too. Model is AU7100 43 TV Thanks
Hi @Rusty8 Ideas include the following: A soft Reset (holding in power button for 5 seconds until Tv Reboots,Switching off Tv for a minute and disconnecting devices / rebooting router(unplug from mains) at the same time. Afterwards try connecting again. When you say reset did you try a Factory Reset? I assume there are no issues with the ethernet cable, though you could also try wifi.
By any chance do you have a number of devices connecting at the same time,just in case there are bandwidth issues,though realise this may not be the case. is it just iplayer you have the issue with,are other apps ok.
