Blurry outline on QN700C

Anyone have issues with items on the screen moving fast and creating an outer blur?

I’ve had my tv two weeks and it’s extremely frustrating.

I have tried many settings to try and improve but no luck. 

any ideas?

Try resetting the TV itself
